The Coronavirus outbreak has caused unprecedented changes worldwide, not least in the travel industry where our teams continue to work hard from their homes to support our customers. We remain open every day from 9am to 7pm and are doing our best to support our customers in departure date order. Our teams are experiencing a high volume of calls and emails, so we sincerely apologise if it is taking longer than usual for us to help with your booking.
