Each river cruise includes accommodation and meals on-board your river ship. Most river cruise deals also include flights and transfers in the price, and some also include excursions. A common question is, 'Are drinks included in a river cruise?'

 

All inclusive river cruising means that meals and drinks are included in the price of your river cruise. Exactly what is offered varies by cruise line, with luxury river cruise lines offering truly all inclusive river cruises and more mainstream river cruise lines including only selected drinks at meal times, which is sometimes referred to as 'fully-inclusive'.

When it comes to drinks, only the luxury river cruise lines offer truly all inclusive river cruises - with a wide selection of drinks on offer throughout the day and evening. The only drinks that are chargeable on these river cruises are certain speciality wines and spirits.

 

Our river cruise lines that offer luxury all inclusive cruises are Scenic River Cruises and Uniworld River Cruises. The luxury river cruise all inclusive packages do tend to be our fastest selling packages, so if you are planning a river cruise in 2025, then be sure to get in while they last. Affordable All Inclusive River Cruises

If you’re interested in a more affordable all inclusive river cruise, you’ll find a variety of mainstream river cruise lines that offer river cruises with drinks included at meal times. This is known as 'fully-inclusive' river cruising. The drinks are usually limited to beer, wine, tea, coffee, soft drinks, and water. Drinks at other times and other drinks, such as spirits and cocktails, are also available for an extra charge.
