The CroisiEurope fleet

Comprising over 50 vessels, each catering to between 22 and 200 guests, the CroisiEurope fleet is one of the largest operating in Europe, ensuring that would-be river cruisers enjoy the widest possible choice of vessels and itineraries.

The cruise line offers a truly exceptional choice of itineraries across Europe, with over 30 vessels exploring such rivers as the Rhine, Danube, Seine and Rhone. CroisiEurope also operates a number of vessels dedicated to exploring Portugal’s Douro as well as those lesser-visited Spanish waterways the Guadalquivir and Guadiana.

Extending its expertise further afield, the line also offers a number of sailings across Cambodia and Vietnam along the mighty Mekong River.

The CroisiEurope Experience

With CroisiEurope, there’s a dedication to bringing you the most inclusive premium river cruise experience at the best possible price. This family-operated business takes an interest in every stage of each ship’s journey, from its design and construction to deciding on which itineraries it should operate.

This means that with CroisiEurope, time is spent on what matters the most – world-class cuisine, excellent service, comfortable and welcoming ships and the most rewarding itineraries. All you meals, alcoholic beverages during lunch and dinner and complimentary Wi-Fi are included and when it comes to relaxing, each ship offers a welcoming lounge from which you can take in the views with a leisurely drink, as well as a spacious sun deck.

An eco-friendly voyage

Another thing which sets CroisiEurope apart is its dedication to operating an ecologically aware company and it’s a concern which the line made a priority long before other river cruise lines followed suit. Installation of water savers on all the line’s vessels means that CroisiEurope has made a massive 35 per cent reduction in waste water, while all the ships’ engines are designed to greatly reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

All vessels are fitted with electricity-saving equipment and have on-board systems which are compatible with on-land electric mains supplies. All paper, plastic and glass waste on-board is sorted and recycled, while oils used on-board the ship are saved and processed.

CroisiEurope Itineraries

CroisiEurope Ships

Operating a fleet of over 40 river cruise vessels, CroisiEurope offers a wider choice of itineraries across Europe and Asia than any other cruise line and whichever ship you choose and wherever you decide to go, you can look forward to a warm welcome, excellent service and the finest haute cuisine.

Rhine and Danube

The Rhine and the Danube are Europe’s most popular waterways with river cruisers and CroisiEurope dedicates 13 ships in its fleet to these iconic rivers, including Beethoven, Mona Lisa and Vivaldi. These fully air-conditioned vessels offer a spacious, welcoming environment with a lounge and bar area which features its own dance floor.

France

France is a country with more waterways visited by river cruisers than any other and as CroisiEurope’s homeland, it’s natural that the line operates ten vessels across the Seine, Rhone, Soane, Garonne and Dordogne rivers on such vessels as the France, Renoir and the stylish Cyrano de Bergerac. CroisiEurope is also one of a relatively small number of lines which offers sailings on the Loire River, proving its dedication to this beautiful waterway with the equally elegant Loire Princesse.

Elbe

The Elbe river is home to two of CroisiEurope's fleet, aptly named: Elbe Princesse and Elbe Princesse II. These have only been part of the cruise line's fleet since 2016/2017 and are much smaller in comparison to some of CroisiEurope's other ships.

Douro and Spain

Portugal's river of gold is also home to a further five ships , including the Amalia Rodrigues which is due to join the fleet this year. The other four, Fenrnao de Magalhaes, Gil Eanes, Infante don Henrique and Vasco de Gama each offer accommodation for up to 142 guests across 71 staterooms. The ships are ideal for exploring the valleys of the Douro and discovering its unique heritage. Across to Spain, the cruise line also has La Belle de Cadix, which sails along the Guadalquivir and Guadiana rivers.

Po

The Po river is visited by the Michelangelo, a 158 ft cruise ship which can accommodate up to 158 guests in 78 staterooms. She is perfect for the immersive Venetian getaway, mooring just a few hundred metres away from St. Mark's Square!

Mekong

Meanwhile, venture further with CroisiEurope to the riverbanks of the Mekong where Indochine and Toum Tiou II explore this exotic waterway. Indochine first joined the fleet in 2008 and offers 24 staterooms to up to 48 guests, while the Toum Tiou II joined in 2011 for 28 guests across 11 staterooms.

There is certainly a lot to choose from with CroisiEurope, meaning that there is bound to be something for everyone to enjoy. From the familiar rivers of Europe to the hidden gems of Portugal and the tropical climates of Asia.
